The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the city, yet it remains quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The breakfast was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and a great location in the heart of the city.

hotel located in centre of town. exceelent restaurants nearby. accessible rooms with interconnecting doors exactly what we needed. Helpful and courteous staff: no problems speaking English. Good breakfast choice all fresh and tasty. excellent parking under hotel with direct access from car park, blue badge parking immediately next to lift.

The selection was large and the quality was very good. I wanted a hotel in Mulheim K but booked in Mulheim Ruhr. Didn’t know there were two mulheims and I was on business to visit Anuga fair in cologne. So wasted lots of money and time taking trains and taxis.

The male receptionist I like him very much, he is very helpful and very warm welcoming. good take care. Use full service mind i will recoment him ok So let's score.from 01-10. I will give full 10 points for him and i will recomment Holiday inn to my group friend and sharing to the all any way to social as well ...i will come back and stay here again

The quietest hotel I’ve ever been to. Good night sleep guaranteed. Family room with already made sofa bed. We were 2 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of room. Very forthcoming staff.

Nice clean modern rooms. Good breakfast spread. Very helpful man at reception who lent me his personal charging cable after I forgot mine and the battery of my phone was about to die. Also advice where to get a cherap replacement cable in Mülheim. Lovely refurbished Mülheim waterfront with loads of restaurants 2 minutes walk from the hotel

Easy to park at, right in the city centre and convenient for the U-Bahn. Upon arrival, we were treated exceptionally well and this continued throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly and polite but especially Belinda who would always go the extra mile.

Beds were comfy and very clean. Hotel was busy but still very quiet. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Close to the riverside and good location for food and drinks. Good alternative location to visit Dusseldorf Messe

For a town centre location it was quiet & clean. The breakfast choice was good, the bed was comfortable & great shower!
